Viridis consists of five independent buildings arranged around a central courtyard and green spaces. The project offers a range of 115 apartments in various configurations, 143 parking spaces, a daycare, 970 m² of office space, and 1,876 m² of retail areas. Landscape architect LAB 705 has worked with the natural variations of the terrain to establish a harmonious connection with the site and its surroundings, while also promoting biodiversity.
